What is your experience with investigations?

Our Principal is a retired police officer with over 30 years of policing and investigation experience.  Our senior management staff have over 17 years of experience each in the field of private investigations.  Our agency has operated for over 17 years in the local market. 

We are trusted and relied on by our clients with their domestic & infidelity concerns. Our agency provides exceptional service backed by our expertise in this field.  With our experience from over several thousand investigations, we help to uncover the truth and bring clarity to our client’s concerns.

Do you have an agency license to conduct investigations? May i see it?

Our agency is fully insured, and properly licensed with the Alberta Solicitor General.  We proudly display our license and credentials in our corporate office.

What services do you offer?

Although we are a full service investigative agency, we specialize in the investigation of infidelity and domestic concerns.   Our focus is on situations that can include; cheating concerns, child visitation arrangements, background investigations and video surveillance of suspicious activities.

How are you more qualified than other agencies?

Our long-standing experience in the local area, our team of experienced male and female operatives and our dedication to each and every investigation puts us ahead of our competitors. Our Directors of Investigations take an active role in each and every investigation and your concerns are answered by actual investigators (not an answering service).

Do you have a discreet office location to meet and discuss my concerns?

Clients can attend to our local office for a confidential meeting in our boardroom with one of our Directors.  We will answer your questions and develop an investigative strategy to meet your specific objectives.

If you not from the local area, we can still communicate with you over the phone/email and achieve the same objectives.

Explain your "free consultation" policy.

Your initial consultation with one of our Directors will be free of charge.  We will clearly outline what we can do for you and come up with an investigative strategy that meets your objectives. 

We will also discuss our fee structure and will tailor an investigative strategy to meet your specific objectives.

What are your business hours?

Our general office hours are from 8:00 am until 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.  After-hour concerns can be directed to our cell phone, 24/7.  You will be speaking with one of our Director of Investigations and not an answering service.

Are all my interactions with your agency confidential?

All of your interactions with our agency are 100% confidential. 

We will be discreet with our interactions with you and will not disclose our relationship to any third party.

How do you charge for your services?

All investigations are billed on an hourly basis, along with travel mileage and minimums hours per shift.  Please contact our office for current fee structures.

All of our charges are agreed upon at the start of our investigation.  We will not complete additional efforts beyond your approval.

What other charges should I be aware of?

During the course of an investigation, we may incur expenses on your behalf, ie, door charges or parking.  We will be passing that costs onto you. 

At the conclusion of our investigation, we will also charge the equivalent of 1 hr of billing as part of the “Administration charge”. 

Do you have a cancellation charge?

We have minimum fee of $125 for a cancelled investigation.   The fee covers our time and administration costs.

What method may I use to pay for your services?

Visa, Mastercard, Debit, Email transfer, Paypal, Cash, and Cheques are all accepted.

What is your retainer amount?

Our retainer amount is typically either $500 or $1000, depending on the request for services. 

What information do you need from me to start your investigation?

From our client, we require a photocopy (picture) of your driver’s license with recent address details, contact details, a photocopy (picture) of a credit card and a retainer for services.

How soon can you start?

All of our investigations are initiated in a timely manner.  However, if you have a time-sensitive situation, we will strive to meet your date/time requests.

How many investigators do you have available?

We have a team of male and female investigators.  If you require more than one operative to investigate your particular concern, we have the man-power to facilitate this request.

What happens when my final invoice is larger or smaller than the retainer amount?

If our invoice is smaller than the retainer amount, you will be refunded any balance owing.  If our invoice is bigger than the retainer amount (with your knowledge and approval), we will request the additional funds immediately or before we provide you with the final results/report.

Can you provide my lawyer with the results of your investigation?

Yes.  We will work alongside your lawyer and will forward all of our findings to him/her directly upon your instructions.   

What guarantee is available?

We guarantee that we will work diligently on your behalf in a discreet and professional manner.  We guarantee to put 100% effort to your investigation and always put your best interest ahead. 

We however cannot guarantee that the results of our investigation will be the answers you are looking for.
